Solo - Jogja Trip : )
I was having a trip with my friends last week, 14 - 17 July 2010.
14 - 07 - 2010
- Going to Bandung with Reza Armeynaldo (Aldo), Marissa Novita (Icha), Aldo’s mom, and his driver, they picked me up at 10 am.
- Having lunch at Warung Laos, a restaurant placed in Dago Atas, Bandung. I ate spagheti Carbonara.
- Relaxing time in Icha’s homestay (kosan) until Wena bbm me and asking to hang out with her and Rizky Inayati (Kikong).
- Having a chocolate-milkshake in Nanny’s Pavilion with Wena, Kikong, and Icha. We (me and Icha) were trying so hard to persuade Wena to join our trip to Solo, but too bad she already had an appointment with her friend in Friday.
- Wena took Kikong to Jonas, Icha to ITB campus, and me to Icha’s kosan.
- Doing -sampah- things and taking a bath in Icha’s kosan.
- Waiting for Icha and then waiting for Medista Rahmana Putra (Medi), Rahmadani Dian Pratiwi (Dani), and Aldo.
- Going to Bandung Train Station and waiting for the Lodaya Malam train at 8.00 pm.
- On the way to Solo (sleeping)
15 July 2010
- Say helo to Solo city at 5.00 am, going to Mulia Baru Hotel (hmm, actually i do not agree to call this place HOTEL. It seems like a-dirty-place to stay) by a taxi.
- Having breakfast in Mulia Baru
Hotel, hmm yummy nasi liwet : )
- Muncieto Andreas (Cieto) joining us
- Calling taxi and going to Keraton Solo
- Boring time (Keraton Solo open at 10.00 am and we had been there since 9.00 am).
- Looking around and taking photos in Keraton Solo.
- Eating ‘Es Doger’ and deciding to rent a car TODAY and go to Yogyakarta.
- Cieto’s uncle taking and driving us to his friend who has a car rent.
- Renting avanza for 12 hours.
- Going to Pantai Depok, having lunch there. Nice place to eat.
- Heading to Malioboro and shopping there! thanks to Dani, she can speak Javanese fluently so we can get low price.
- Going back to Solo, looking for Gladag Langen Bogan to have dinner.
- Returning the car and then going back to Mulia Baru
Hotel.
16 July 2010
- Checking out from Mulia Baru
Hoteland then check in to Istana Griya Homestay (better place even smaller). - Having a ‘nasi kucing’ breakfast.
- Walking around alun-alun Keraton Solo and Pasar Klewer.
- Shopping at PGS, I bought many things (I was looking some gift for 14 people!!)
- Going back to Istana Griya Homestay and having lunch in ‘Ramayana’ restaurant (recommended by the homestay’s staff).
- Walking around Solo City, and then taking ‘becak’ to Sriwedari. Lucky us, there was a traditional dance competition so we watched and took photos with the dancers.
- Taking a taxi to deliver Medi and Dani to Solobalapan Train Station, they were going back to Bandung this day. After that me, Aldo, Icha, and Cieto going to watch SIPA (Solo International Performance Art). Very crowded and we decided to go back to homestay, but before that we have a little chit-chat about politics and friends while we were enjoying ‘Es Dawet’.
- Watching TV together in Istana Griya Hotel (this was weird but we were enjoying this time a lot).
- Sleeping

- Having breakfast in Istana Griya Homestay, and then packing.
- Going to Adi Sumarmo Airport, Solo.
- Say goodbye to Solo, and welcome Jakarta!

Dia mungkin orang gila, tapi dia juga manusia. Miris ngeliatnya kayak gitu, apalagi ditambah cibiran orang “ih serem ada orang gila”. Apa dunia adil terhadap mereka? Yang gue ingat adalah kata-kata “Fakir miskin dan anak terlantar dipelihara negara”. Semoga suatu saat nanti kata-kata itu ga sekedar kata-kata, semoga suatu hari nanti dunia menjadi adil, dan kita hidup dalam kelayakan tanpa terkecuali.

POSTER OK FINAL
Akhirnya ini adalah versi finalnya dari poster olimpiade kastrat yang udah gue ceritain sebelumnya. poster ini ga hasil kerja gue sendiri karena akhirnya di touch up sama saskia paramita sang koor pubdok gue hoho :) jangan lupa ya guys, ikut lomba-lombanya!
